Questions
- What if I cancel Pro?
- Pro keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. Then you move to Free. Your oldest verified site is still checked daily. The others pause. Nothing is deleted. The Stripe check goes to once a day.
- Can I get a refund?
- Changed your mind? Email hello@checkoutalarm.com within 7 days of a charge for a full refund. No questions asked. See the Terms
- How long do you keep my data?
- We keep check results and alerts for 90 days. Delete a site and its history goes too. Delete your account and we erase everything, including your Stripe key.
- Is tax included?
- Prices are in US dollars. If tax applies, you see it at checkout.
